Rapper DMX was released from jail yesterday after serving a 90-day sentence for felony convictions. But now he has to go back to court because of something he did while in prison. Was it shiving someone in the stomach or planning a mass convict escape? No, that would be way to cool. The dude, who’s real name is Earl Simmons, threw a trey at a jail officer, which I guess they don’t like.
“He’s extremely happy that he’s home,” said DMX’s lawyer, Glenn Allen. “We look forward to being able to handle his case with him out of custody.” (AP)
What kind of punishment do you get for throwing a trey? I hope its something ironic, like having to do community service in a high school cafeteria. I bet DMX would learn a lesson from that – or maybe just give nerds wedgies all day long. Don’t look at me like that, they deserve it
